Our Story
The Fancy Flea was born from a simple conviction: a great drink doesn't need pretension, and a great meal doesn't need a white tablecloth. We built a space where Plant City can gather, linger, and taste something that actually surprises them.
By day, our espresso bar pulls shots with the same care we give our nightcap cocktails. By night, the kitchen stays open and the music turns up. Same energy, different hour — and always the same standard: everything here is made with intention.
